“Her impact will be felt throughout our organization for years to come”

Karali Pitzele is an insightful and skilled consultant and If you’re looking for someone who can help your organization navigate complexity and grow, she’s the one to call.

I recently had the opportunity to work directly with Karali as an organizational development consultant. She was part of a team that came in to help us develop a culture of learning and strengthen our supervision practices across the organization.

Karali and her colleagues quickly grasped the deeper dynamics at play and brought valuable insight to our executive team. They conducted interviews and focus groups throughout the organization, then presented themes and opportunities we hadn’t fully seen ourselves. Their ability to synthesize complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable insights was remarkable.

They then led an executive retreat focused on adaptive change and shared vision work. The experience was transformative.

We finally had a space where our leadership team could have honest conversations about where we are and where we want to go. During the segment on shared visioning, Karali balanced structure with flexibility, and challenged us while also supporting us.

The impact will be felt throughout our organization for years to come. I can’t recommend Karali highly enough as an organizational development consultant, leadership coach, retreat facilitator, and trainer.

“Her ability to turn vision into action”

I can confidently say that Karali is one of the most strategic, insightful, and people-centered leaders I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with. Her expertise in learning and development and coaching makes her an invaluable asset to any team–especially in mission-driven organizations that prioritize growth, leadership development, and cultural transformation.

One of Karali’s greatest strengths is her ability to turn vision into action. Whether she’s designing high-impact leadership development programs, coaching leaders, or implementing scalable Organization Development strategies, she brings both a strategic lens and a deep understanding of people dynamics. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, foster collaboration across teams, and create an environment where individuals and organizations thrive sets her apart.

Beyond her technical expertise, Karali is a leader who truly invests in people. She is a trusted advisor, a thoughtful coach, and a catalyst for meaningful change. Her presence in any organization not only drives measurable results but also inspires teams to operate at their best.

For any organization looking for a dynamic leadership and development leader who can build strong learning cultures, drive leadership development, and shape organizational strategy with an equity lens, I highly recommend Karali Pitzele. She will bring expertise, vision, and an unwavering commitment to impact.

“Great leader of quick-moving, innovative teams”

Karali is a great leader of quick-moving, innovative teams. She excels in group facilitation, learning design, and building team culture. I was fortunate to be on Karali’s team several years ago, and still apply many of the strategies Karali implemented. Karali balances her focus on content and strategy with a focus on each person involved, and so is able to meet each person where they are currently at while incorporating each person’s medium- and long-term goals. I thoroughly recommend Karali’s work.

“My work with Karali was Pivotal”

My work with Karali was pivotal in making me feel grounded and confident in my most recent job search. Karali’s collaborative process is very organic, exploratory, and fun. Through exercises and dialogue, Karali guided me through the creative process of envisioning exactly what I wanted in my future role. With her help, I crafted a dynamic resume that tells my professional “story” with clarity and authenticity. My new resume recently landed me a number of interviews that have evolved into a new and exciting opportunity. I highly recommend working with Karali for career coaching!

“I felt held and free at the same time”

Karali! You created such a conscious, caring, non-judgemental, patient, fun and loving space for this transition. I felt held and free at the same time, which was exactly what I needed! A million thank yous would not be enough. Please keep doing the work you are doing, it is so needed!!

I feel empowered and optimistic coming out of the Rebirth & Resumes series! Because we worked on so many levels of the process I feel like I know myself and feel like I can confidently represent myself in my resume in an authentic manner.  Being part of a group and working together was instrumental to my success, in addition to one on one sessions with Karali.  In the workshop itself I think the work we did on understanding our unique personality traits and how they translate into work was significant in helping me feel like I could own who I was. I also really appreciated the space to be the mess I was and have everybody in the group support me through it. I really felt accepted where I was, which I am sure was 70% of what I needed to embolden me to move forward. I got so much more than what I expected, and I am so grateful for it!

“Within two months I found a position that was challenging and rewarding…”

I can’t thank Karali enough for her guidance and insight while I went through a huge career transformation. Last year I felt stuck professionally. I had been at the same job for seven years and was unsure of what my next steps were. After a few months of unsuccessful job searching and unsure what positions would fit my unique skill set, I decided to reach out to Karali as a career coach.

Over the course of a my sessions with Karali I found my professional worth and rediscovered my passion for non-profit work. During our sessions, we talked about what I needed to feel fulfilled with my work and my unique skill set and what I had to offer in a professional context. Within two months I found a new position that was challenging and rewarding.

I recently participated in one of Karali’s workshops, and it was the most life-changing thing I have ever done for myself.

I‘ve often thought of taking motivational workshops but never got around to it, but this one called out to my me in a way I couldn’t push aside-like the universe was sending me a clear message.

I was nervous and felt tentative, even reluctant, about working in a virtual group setting, baring my soul, revealing my hopes, dreams, limitations, and setbacks to complete strangers – even thinking about it made me feel vulnerable and queasy.   Still, I felt drawn to the series – I knew I needed support to get through the hurdle of my resume, and I felt trapped in my job with no real pathway for what was next..

From the first minutes of the first session I knew I had made the right choice.  Karali helped us to feel at ease with each other in the group – which became a virtual nurturing family full of unconditional kindness, generosity and support.  She provided practical tools and guided us to approach self-reflection and self-exploration with curiosity and wonder, instead of dread and procrastination, and to listen to our free-range hearts and souls and not just our practical minds.

We learned to appreciate who we are, celebrate our accomplishments, reflect on the shifts and course corrections we wanted to make in our lives, and to navigate a path forward with intention and joy.

It turned out that this was exactly what I needed to move me toward being my very best, most authentic, most accomplished, happiest self.  And towards the goals I had always wished to achieve in my conscious mind, and other dreams my subconscious never dared admit until now.

At the end of the workshop, we felt empowered, inspired, excited, motivated, and full of love and hope. Karali helped us see our many gifts, explore and honor who we really are, and incarnate into our truest and best future selves.

“Came with both openness and clarity”

Our organization was going through a major transition and we hired Karali to provide coaching for our team. She was warm, relational, and people-centered, and provided the space for people to envision what they wanted for their own leadership and to identify the support they would need to reach that vision. She brought a good balance of helping people align to their core purpose while providing tangible steps and goals. Karali adapted her approach to our particular needs and came with both openness and clarity.

“Received far more value than we anticipated from our collaboration”

Karali brought exceptional insight to her work with our network of schools across Indonesia. We invited her to help us update our teacher evaluation systems and received far more value than we anticipated from our collaboration. She has a powerful ability to support collaborative systems change and we not only came away with tools for supporting individual teachers, but also developed a greater capacity to work cohesively as a team. She also innovated a new approach to help schools across our system understand and adopt our model effectively. I highly recommend working with Karali for any organizational development or systems change initiative.

“Gave me a lot of insight into my organization”

“Transformational and Impactful” is how I would sum up working with Karali on an Organizational Development project. Karali was flexible and innovative. She assessed our organization accurately and communicated her findings in themes that both helped us to understand and galvanized our team.

Karali designed and facilitated an executive team retreat, and the synergy in the room generated a shift in leadership communication that will serve every part of our organization. The team began to innovate to work in more alignment rather than silos, and to clearly see how leadership behaviors can cascade to other levels. We came away with a desire for more work with Karali, to go deeper and maintain that lasting change.

Getting to work closely with Karali over the course of her nearly five-month engagement with our team gave me a lot of insight into my organization and also into the change process itself. Overall, it was a great experience and I would personally recommend her to anyone looking to do organizational transformation and/or Learning and Development.

“Strategic thought partner”

Karali is a master at leadership coaching, both intuitive and detail oriented. I attended two of her transformative leadership series looking for ways to renew my energy and focus, and to widen the horizon on my career. Her workshops are thoughtfully crafted to push individual inquiry and challenge fixed mindsets. I appreciate her use of narrative, humor, and team work to help illustrate the purpose and depth of the activities she leads. Would highly recommend her as a coach for leaders at a crossroads in their careers, or anyone who needs a strategic thought partner before beginning a big project or fulfilling a long time dream.

“A safe place to work out problems and clarify my voice”

As I entered my first year as a leader, I was scared and excited and had no idea how to organize my thoughts. I was full of questions, goals, and curiosities. Karali helped guide me to define my strengths, my areas of improvement, and to prioritize my goals. She provided a safe place for me to work out problems and clarify my voice. Now going into my second year, I feel much more confident and able to navigate my role.

“Incredible source of information and tools…”

Working with Karali has given me the confidence and reassurance that I have needed to move forward during challenging times this year. She has helped me refine and direct my thinking to not get bogged down in the challenges but rather find ways to work through them by maintaining my focus on the big picture and long term goals. She has also been an incredible source of information and tools as her experience is so vast. Perhaps best of all, Karali was so easy to talk to and personable that our time together was always enjoyable on both a professional and personal level. My first year as an administrator could have left me with tremendous self-doubt and frustration, but Karali’s guidance has helped me see the successes and set appropriate goals moving forward to help not only my own growth, but my school as a whole.

“She is able to honor your  experiences while continuing to orient you towards the work and life you want, which is powerful…”

Karali’s coaching style is inquisitive, grace-giving, attentive, accountable, and honest.  Coaching with Karali has allowed me to stand firmly in my “dons” and my work by gifting me the time to reflect and explore what it is i really have to offer and what blocks were present in my process. Coaching also supported me in recognizing the clear throughlines between my leadership style and needs, and professional aspirations; and how these can show up in my resume. I’d recommend coaching with Karali if you are looking for a partner who can support you creating a resume you are proud of and excited by. Karali is someone who can bring depth and critical reflection to the stories our past professional experiences can tell. And so, she’s able to honor your experiences while continuing to orient you towards the work and life you want, which is powerful.

I came into this workshop expecting to get a new resume, and while I did come out with the best resume I’ve ever made, one that shows who I am and what I’m capable of; it was really so much more than that.  I already knew I was going to leave my job when I signed up for this workshop, so I knew I was going to need to unpack some of the big feelings surrounding my departure. That felt heavy and I was hesitant to delve into that initially, but I’m so glad that I did.  I was I was able to uncover patterns in my work and personal life that I didn’t even realize were holding me back from my potential and being true to myself, and it has truly been life changing.  Now I can make the right choices for me, even when they are scary.

I was profoundly moved throughout the course of this workshop series. I found the structure and repetition of our weekly meetings to be incredibly transformative. Such accountability is prime material for pattern shaping, and the supportive environment nourished by Karali allowed for our community’s accountability to be honest and dynamic. With our shared intentions, being held accountable and holding other community members accountable contributed to an intuitive process.

To be completely honest I was nervous about being vulnerable with strangers and I felt insecure about whether I had any inner wisdom to share when I had such loud self limiting beliefs. The tender nature of the norms & needs outlined at the beginning of each session and Karali’s celebration of vulnerability allowed for me to trust the process and lean into a new experience. I found the group work with strangers to be real medicine, not only do I feel intimately connected to the group I’ve been reminded of how relatable our own struggles tend to be. I normally have gravitated to one-on one coaching but my perception of group work has changed completely. Different parts of me were activated when expressing myself to a group and holding space for multiple people. There was such growth made through the exercises that Karali provided for us, we were experiencing and applying constructive change through a safe yet active space.

I would strongly recommend the Rebirth & Resumes for everyone who is curious about initiating positive and healthy change. I have benefitted from this workshop in expected and unexpected ways. I experienced and learned that vulnerability invites connection, perfectionism ( fear of failure ) is the enemy of growth, mistakes lead to progress, and that I am more than enough. Such a shift in perception is affecting me personally and professionally as I move through the world. I am incredibly grateful for Karali’s workshop series.
